What is the procedure to claim citizenship under child citizen act? Edit

I am 16 years old and just received my US green card and looking to get my US citizenship. Can you explain me about the child citizen act of 2000 and how to claim the citizenship? Should I take an appointment with USCIS to obtain my green card stamp on my foreign passport?
