An EU Blue Card profile should be evaluated first. On a positive report, client can register for Resume Marketing Service as a job offer is mandatory to apply for EU Blue Card. The job offer should be minimum 1.5 time the average wage of the country (approx. € 51,444 for France). An EU Blue Card can be applied for a country but option of conversion is not there. However, after staying continuously for 18 months in France one may move to other country offering EU Blue Card.
