Can someone with a Tier 2 General work visa can ever apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain after 5 years of stay in the UK? Edit

Yes they can. The only Tier 2 visa you can't apply for ILR on is the Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer.Once you complete 5 years on a Tier 2 General visa you will be eligible to apply for ILR, then a year ...  (More...)
