As I am planning to move to U.S. with my fiance. So, is it necessary to apply fiance visa? Edit

I want travel to USA for only for our wedding and return back to Hong Kong immediately after the wedding. Is it necessary for us to apply for the fiance visa still?

No it is not. If you have any kind of visa that allows a visit to the USA, the two of you can certainly enter, marry, then depart within the terms of the visa. The fiance visa is used if there are pla ...  (More...)
