The good news is the children can sponsor their parents to emigrate to the USA. The bad news is they may only do so AFTER they turn 18 years old.

their kids automatically become USA Citizens and that does not given the parents any leverage or advantage for Green Card, they should apply for a green card just like many others but they will ... (More...)
