Discuss planned investment or purchases.

Make investments or purchases

Attend Meetings, and participate in them fully.

Interview and hire staff.

Conduct research.

The following activities require a working visa, and may not be carried out by business visitors:

Running a business.

"Gainful employment".

Payment by an organization within the US.

Participating as a professional in entertainment or sporting events.

Documents required are:

Proof of arrangement for lodging and appointment already  made in the US

Tax statement of previous three years

Employer or business documents like letter from your employer indicating the purpose and length of your trip, bank statements, proof of import and export purchases, business licenses, group picture of employees, copies of brochures, advertisements etc, no of customers list of customers, information of clients in the US, business Plan, proof of your position in the company.
