Those who are experts will provide their mite or more than just that, so that no query goes unanswered or that any answer remains vague. Experts will rise to the occasion and they may be drawn from anywhere. They may be from the north or the south, or the east or the west of the globe. An unanswered query will be akin to an invitation for our experts, wherever they are from.
The best and most answered thread show up first so that they are always easy to find.
Questions which are the most tricky, puzzling and tough to crack, or queries which are simple may be answered the most or in the best possible way. That is when they will rise to the top. That is, the query that has received the best and clearest response and/or been answered the most number of times will by itself rise to the top. This way, the most commonly sought out answers to queries or the best answers rise to the top.
